Description

Acnelyse cream 0.025% – 20g is designed for treating acne, fine wrinkles, dark spots, and rough skin damage caused by sun exposure.

Clinical Features

Therapeutic indications: ACNELYSE is indicated for the treatment of acne vulgaris characterized by comedones, papules, and pustules.

Posology and Method of Administration

ACNELYSE should be applied to the skin once daily at night. Patients may experience a temporary sensation of warmth and stinging upon application. If necessary, the dosage can be adjusted by either pausing treatment or reducing the frequency of application. An increase in inflammatory lesions may occur during the initial weeks of treatment, which is a normal response to the medication and does not necessitate discontinuation if tolerable. However, if significant irritation (such as redness, peeling, or discomfort) arises, the frequency of application should be decreased or treatment should be temporarily halted. Normal application frequency can be resumed once irritation subsides. If irritation continues, treatment should be discontinued. Results typically manifest after 2-3 weeks, although full benefits may take longer than 6 weeks to achieve. As lesions begin to heal, the frequency of application may be reduced.

Method of Application

ACNELYSE should be applied in a thin layer to the cleansed and thoroughly dried affected skin area, gently massaging with fingertips. Patients are advised to wash their hands after applying ACNELYSE.
